Alpha Course
Alpha is an 11-week course that creates a space, on-line or in-person, where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about faith, life and God.

DIOCESE OF ST ANDREWS, DUNKELD AND DUNBLANE
The Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane is one of the seven dioceses of the Scottish Episcopal Church. It covers Fife, Perth and Kinross, Clackmannanshire and eastern and central Stirling, with St Ninian’s Cathedral, Perth, at its centre.

March 2021
At the start of 2021, Father Gerry and St. Luke’s applied to the SEC’s Church in Society Committee for funding of a one-off Child Poverty grant of £4510 to provide bikes and cycling equipment to Glenrothes YMCA to help young homeless people.
The committee agree to support the Auchmuty Youth Bike Partnership. project and in March Father Gerry Dillon presented Gareth Allenby, service manager at the YM with the donation.
The project will be available to our young homeless population of Auchmuty, which is ranked in the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation as one of the 20 per cent most deprived areas in the country
It is also a true story of partnership working and will be the first of many connections and opportunities between St Lukes Church and YMCA Glenrothes as we enter exciting times for the local area.

After Covid, will digital learning be the new normal?
December 2020
During the second half of 2020, Father Gerry and St. Luke’s applied to the SEC’s Church in Society Committee for funding of a one-off Child Poverty grant of £4958.13 to provide digital tablets for primary school pupils – Warout Primary School Digital Learning Project.
The committee agree to support this project; and in December 2020, Father Gerry Dillon presented Warout PS pupils with the first of 50 new computer tablets.
The donation is part of a larger partnership planned between the church and school to support young children’s learning.
Following a second application, the committee has further agreed to support the project: Warout Primary School Nature Nurture Sessions, with a one-off Child Poverty grant of £4200 to provide digital tablets for Warout PS pupils.
